Telus On-Demand

On the remote, you will find the On-Demand function.

Here, you can purchase movies, but cannot be charged to your room. You will be prompted to visit Telus’ on-demand website to input your credit card information to purchase On-Demand programming.

Due to the fact this service is offered by Telus and not the hotel, if you experience any issues you will need to contact Telus directly, their customer service line is 1-888-310-2267.

They will require a ticket number, also known as the Hospitality Account number which is 757449.
